Preheat & Prep
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a glass baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
Separate the Eggs
Crack the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Place the whites in a clean bowl and set aside.
Mix the Base
In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks, milk, and flour until smooth. This forms the base of your dish.
Whip the Egg Whites
