**Shepherd’s Pie Soup**
**Ingredients:**
* 1 lb ground beef or lamb
* 1 medium onion, diced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 carrots, diced
* 2 celery stalks, diced
* 1 cup frozen peas
* 1 cup frozen corn
* 3 cups beef or chicken broth
* 2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
* 1/2 cup milk or cream
* 2 tbsp butter
* 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tsp dried thyme
* 1 tsp dried rosemary
* Salt and pepper, to taste
* Optional: shredded cheddar cheese and chopped parsley for garnish

**Instructions:**
1. **Cook the meat and veggies:**
In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef or lamb over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
