Better Than Fries! Crispy, Delicious, and Very Easy

1. Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2. Prepare the Potatoes

  • Wash and pat dry the potatoes.

  • Leave the skin on for extra texture and nutrients.

  • Cut the potatoes into wedges, keeping them roughly the same size for even cooking.

3. Prepare the Egg Coating

  • Crack the eggs into a large bowl and whisk until combined.

  • Add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder; mix well.

4. Coat the Potatoes

  • Add the potato wedges to the egg mixture.

  • Toss until evenly coated with the egg and seasonings.

5. Bake the Wedges

  • Arrange coated potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through.

  • Wedges are done when golden brown and crispy.

6. Serve

  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • Enjoy plain or with your favorite dipping sauce.
