Quick Apple Cake with Vanilla Pudding (10-Minute Prep Time)

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).

Prepare the apples: Peel, core, and slice them into thin wedges.

Make the batter: In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla pudding powder, oil, milk, and eggs. Mix until smooth.

Grease a baking pan and pour the batter into it.

Add the apples: Arrange the apple slices in a fan shape on top of the batter and press them in lightly. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the cake is golden yellow.
