Simple and tasty recipe with cabbage

1/2 head of green cabbage, thinly sliced
2–3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter (or olive oil for a vegan version)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: chili flakes, soy sauce, or a splash of lemon juice for extra flavor

🔥 Instructions:

Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t let it burn).
Toss in the cabbage, and stir to coat in the garlic butter.
Cook for about 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and slightly golden at the edges.
Season with salt, pepper, and any optional additions you like (chili flakes for spice, soy sauce for umami, or lemon juice for brightness).
Serve warm as a side dish or over rice for a quick meal.
