Southern Style Philly Cheesesteak Casserole

Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté the vegetables: In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers. Cook for 5–7 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
Combine beef and vegetables: Return the beef to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
Add heavy cream: Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream. Stir until combined and warmed through.
Mix with pasta and cheese: In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, beef-vegetable mixture, and provolone slices. Mix gently.
Assemble casserole: Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake: Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.
Cool and serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
