Ingredients:

2 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup cornmeal

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 eggs

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup butter (melted)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 tsp paprika (optional for extra flavor)

Fresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley) for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish (about 8×8 inches) with butter or cooking spray.
