Garlic Butter Lobster and Scallops
Ingredients:
2 lobster tails (fresh or thawed)
8-10 large scallops (peeled and deveined)
4 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh)
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (for a little heat)
Instructions:
Prepare Lobster Tails:
Preheat your oven’s broiler.
Use kitchen scissors to cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin.
Gently lift the lobster meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base, and lay it on top of the shell.
Season the lobster with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a little paprika.
